A young girl sits against a tree, crying. She is ready to give up because she has no one in the world. Suddenly, a nest plummets from a nearby tree and thuds to the ground. The little girl notices that the mother and one of the chicks fly immediately towards the sky, but one chick remains; apparently one of her wings is broken.
