Troop 41

Troop 41 is a phenomenal rap trio based out of Raleigh, NC, whose roots are in every area of music. Group
members, Tristian Brown (T-Breezy), Lelynd Darkes (Lil Lee), and Dakare Wilder (Lil Inferno), still rookies in
the business speak with confidence and creativity, which seems as if they were veterans in the game already.
Troop 41 began their career in 2005, in a rap class at Ligon Middle School in Raleigh, NC. From there, the rest
was history to be said. Troop 41’s music reflects the diversity, which appeals to all people and tastes. In their
own words “striving to become legends in the making, putting real music back into Hip Hop.

Troop 41 is considered to be the next best thing to come out of the Carolinas. Their music has been featured
in promotional advertisement with WAUG Power 750 AM Radio Station, and Collections Clothing to name a
few: Casanova, Fashion Avenue, Lim’s Clothing, and Privilege Clothing Store.

Troop 41’s appearances include performances for 2K8 Teen Fest, Black College Expo, WAUG Power 750 AM
Radio Station, Raleigh Youth Explosion 2009, Casanova Clothing Store, and many more. Troop 41 has
recently opened up for national recording artist Lil Ru. They also hit the stage with worldwide comedian Lil JJ,
and have opened for local artist in their city, leaving a major impact to their upcoming success to come
worldwide.

Troop 41 has worked with some of the best music producers in the Carolinas, gaining respect, love, and
support, and producing highly marketable and entertaining music at very young ages. Troop 41 is known for
their consistent grinding of making great music, one of seasoned and wise veterans of the game. Troop 41
has recently completed their junior EP album “The Come Up”.

Last year with the release of the sophomore album “Focused Now”, Troop 41 exploded on the Carolina music
scene. With the unexpected response to songs like “Posted Up “, Get Loose” with Crisis, and the surprise
single “Wifey” with CJ, North Carolina was buzzing for the year anticipating the release of “The Come Up”. With
singles like “Jigg”, “Shee Badd”, “Stanky Rich”, “Bring Dat Thing Back”, and “Ride Wit Me” you get a sense of
how hard they’ve worked to get to where they are now. “The Come Up” promises to be the outbreak to their
success than the last CD, and unlike other albums this one will be all original material, bringing a powerful
force to the new age of Hip-Hop. Early reviews on the street show it to be a classic in the making.
