Yes Virginia

Yes Virginia is a 5-Piece Pop-Punk band from Bergen County, NJ. Formed in February of 2011. The band has progressed very quickly, and the one thing that is always consistent is their tenacity and persistence. Always promoting and creating a buzz, Yes Virginia has quickly established themselves in the local New Jersey area, and is reaching to newer fans outside everyday. As musicians, they have combined each member’s tastes and influences to create a unique, but familiar sound. Their influences include All Time Low, Fall Out Boy, A Day to Remember, Yellowcard, and many more. They recently recorded their sophomore EP entitled After Your Own Heart, Co-Produced by Nik Bruzzese (Man Overboard) and recorded by Rob Freeman (Ex-Hidden in Plain View; Recorded Hit The Lights, and Gym Class Heroes).

After the release of their first EP, Yes Virginia did a short tour on their own around the tri-state area. Soon after, they started writing and recording again for their sophomore EP, After Your Own Heart.

Yes Virginia is a pop punk band that likes to focus more on the music, and not on the media behind it. They’re ready to hit the scene harder than ever before.
