Victor could be one of four artists: 1)Victor was the solo project of Rush guitarist, Alex Lifeson. It featured I Mother Earth vocalist Edwin on several of the tracks, including the lead single, Promise. 2)Victor is a spanish singer who came out from the spanish version of "star search".
