Биография The Bolts
The Bolts, an indie, punk pop band, consists of group of young boys from Orange County, CA. The band started with three brothers, Addam, Heath, and Austin Farmer, with a passion of music making, and Addam and Heath having already been in the band "The Jakes" prior, the two brothers started a new band, "The Bolts", involving their brother Austin, and personal friend Ryan Kilpatrick, and enlisting a friend from church, Matt Champagne, as the drummer for their band. With influences like Muse, the Beach Boys, and the Killers, their music was unique, getting the attention from the local radio station KROQ 106.7 FM. After being a band for a few months and few demos, the boys went on to win first place at the “Bamboozle Break” 2008 competition; gaining themselves a spot on stage at Bamboozle Left. Performing at Bamboozle Left started the growth of their fan base. May 3, 2008 their album “Like A Fantasy” was release at the Irvine Spectrum, and their rapid fan base growth was most apparent. They soon got local press attention. In early 2009, the band started working with the Ballas Hough Band, allowing them to go perform in Florida. The two brothers Addam and Heath were featured in a Ballas Hough Band video. Soon after this, The Bolts got the opportunity to work with Andy Johns, a music producer known for his work with artists like Eric Clapton, the Rolling Stones, and Led Zeppelin. They re-recorded a few songs with Andy Johns. Now in 2010, the band is working with producer Keith Everette Smith and is in the midst of making a new album.
