Sour Skin

Sour Skin is a Georgian alternative rock band formed in Tbilisi in 2008 by lead singer and guitarist Zura Sukhishvili, lead guitarist George Tikaradze, and bassist Dave Urushadze, Later joined by drummer Achi Shioshvili After they gave several concerts in Tbilisi covering Nirvana, Alice In Chains and Pearl Jam they started to work on their first demo record - "Insects In Human Culture". Afterwards The band played on the opening concert of Tbilisi Alter/Vision international festival. The demo record captures the timeless feel of grunge and alternative metal with some modern elements of post rock complete with the distorted voice of the lead singer who is heavily influenced by blues music.
