Shade Tree

Shade Tree started off as a band in 2001. From the start their cutting edge rock sound formed a fan base among youth and adults in Central Illinois. Playing at numerous Festivals, youth events have increased their popularity among those of all ages. "Shade Tree has certainly made its mark on central Illinois" says Nick Vogel from the Times. Shade Tree has a very energetic, live show with a catchy, rock style and distinctive vocals that has quickly attracted their fan base." Brothers, Dustin & Keith Brown have been the core of the group since the beginning of 2001. With having musicians and friends tour with them from all over, they have always been the band that you know as Shade Tree. Since 2005, Shade Tree has branched out on a Midwest/East Coast school tour playing for an average 5,000 students a week. This has certainly been a life changing experience for this band, as well as the students. Shade Tree has just finished their new 5 song EP at Pendlwood Studios in Columbus, OH. Pendlwood has recorded such artist as: Spoken, House Of Heroes, John Reuben, and more. The EP is set to release late September of 2009.
