Seka Aleksic

Seka Aleksić was born to a Serbian father, Milorad and Bosniak mother, Ibrima. She was raised with her younger brother, Nedzad.[1] Her father worked as a machinist and her mother worked was an employee at the Drina football club. Her parents later divorced and she started living with her mother. When the war broke out, Seka and her family moved to Banja Koviljača, Serbia and later Šabac. She started singing Ceca’s songs in cafés before she became famous. She moved to Switzerland for 2 years to boost her career in clubs and discotheques. After Switzerland she moved to Bijeljina and performed at a festival in Cuprija, where she also found her future husband. Seka also had an important role in the Serbian movie “We Are Not Angels 3” (Serbian:Mi Nismo Andjeli 3) as “Smokvica”, the girlfriend of a Turbo-folk star. The role first went to Croatian singer Severina but she declined due to scheduling conflicts.daje depeta i starom i mladom
