Before they began working together, Lennie Moreno and Lady Ginseng were pouring their innermost thoughts into their personal musical styles -- his being hip-hop, hers being urban/r&b -- while growing up in their respective cities of Montreal and New York. A few years later, Lennie met Lady Ginseng as he searched for a female singer that could reach female listeners with her voice and her words.
