Kizzy

Kizzy (born Kizzy Yuanda Constance Getrouw, on March 14, 1979 in Rotterdam, The Netherlands) is a Dutch actress, TV host and singer-songwriter. She hosted several TV show in the US, and moved back to the Netherlands in 2009. Kizzy became a teen idol in the Netherlands Antilles, popular for her stage shows, TV shows, and pop concerts. Though mostly known as a pop singer, the Caribbean album "Lamu Lamu" was a smash hit in the Antilles. Inspite of her past music hits, and graduating from Berklee College of Music, in Boston, she focussed mainly on her TV career. In the USA, Kizzy was often seen hosting TV shows, at fashion events, on the catwalk, in TV commercials, as a celebrity judge at the Beauty pageants. The Improper Bostonian Magazine put her on their cover, and voted her “One of Boston’s Top ten Hottest Bachellorettes”. After 11 years of living in the US, where she acted and hosted in several TV shows, and performed for Bill Clinton as the lead singer of the Winiker Orchestra, she moved back to the Netherlands in 2009.
