Breaking out from Indiana University in 2003 as the creator and front man of "Epic", voted Bloomington's best local and touring band and best male vocalist, Kevin Cochran has since transformed into one of the Midwest's most unique touring singer songwriters. With music already featured in 3 movie soundtracks, including a VHI documentary, Kevin now prepares for the release of his 2nd solo album "Same Story, Different Day", due out in the fall of 2007 . HISTORY In 2003 and 2004, the original music of Kevin Cochran spread like wildfire in the underground of internet radio, word of mouth, and music industry personnel. Kevin's song "THE SHORTEST VERSION" was chosen for a VH1 Documentary and "EVERYWHERE" appeared in the 2003 Colorado Ski and Snowboard movie "Grey". In 2004, 6 months after the release of the self titled debut album "Everywhere" hit the markets, Kevin completed an extensive 21 city tour across the U.S. While performing on air in Indianapolis, AJ and Chris of "the Best Damn Night Show" - 99.5 WZPL, compared Kevin to the next Jason Mraz and Howie Day.
