GMB

GMB (Gery Mendes) is a dutch Hiphop producer & singer living in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. He is a son of a Cape Verdean and he is still working his way up in the Dutch music industry. In 2006 he won the Grolsch Grote Prijs ( Grolsch Big Price) for Dutch Hiphop musicians. Right now he has started his own independent label "Naked truth records" and he got his first album out: "This is not an album, this is a phase". It's available on his record label's site. He recently got a feature on the new album of Pete Philly & Perquisite. Gery Mendes is also a monthly host in an African hiphopshow in the Dutch online-radiostation "Lijn 5" .
