Complexx

Complexx is a 5-piece band formed in Limburg, The Netherlands. The voice of singer Joop combined with the immersive melodies of guitar and keys brings you catchy and danceable pop-rock. Inspired by bands such as The Fray, The Script, and The Killers; Complexx exemplifies the very heart of pop-rock with recognizable guitar riffs, keys, drums, bass, and catchy vocals. Complexx was founded 3 years ago and only exists a year and a half in it's current formation. Full version @ www.complexx.nl ------------------- Pop-rock met wat xtra’s Complexx is een vijfkoppige popband uit Geleen. In tegenstelling tot hun leeftijdgenoten hebben deze jongens niet hun heil gezocht in de sleur van ellenlange gitaarsolo’s, maar zich gericht op strakke gitaarriffjes en stijlvolle keyboard/synth-sounds. De muziek van Complexx is niet in één stijl onder te brengen, maar als het ze gevraagd wordt noemen de jongens het zelf het liefste dansbare poprock met hier en daar wat newwave-, indie- en funkinvloeden. “Rapture” het openingsnummer van het debuut-EP van de band, is al geregeld op de Limburgse radio te horen en zorgt ervoor dat de band beetje bij beetje bekender wordt. In navolging van onder andere the Killers, the Foo Fighters en the Editors brengen ze met hun doordachte nummers niet alleen tijdens een optreden je voeten aan het tikken, maar de refreinen zullen ook nog lange tijd in je hoofd nazingen.
