Bisrock

BisRock is the music genre started by the Cebu rock music industry in the Philippines. The term originated from the Cebuano words Bisaya, referring the Visayan language, and rock, for rock music. In fact Bisrock started around the 1980's when somebody started calling Cebu's rock music as Bisrock. Earning wide reception among the young in the Visayas and Mindanao, Bisrock is a recent cultural phenomenon.
